This position performs general office duties respective to the supported group, such as data manipulation, planning, package handling, shipping, auditing, inventory, customer support, operations support, etc. He/She/They performs other tasks as requested.
Shift Available: 08:00am to 17:00pm Saturday only (8 Hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be liaising with customers, drivers and internal departments to assist in delivery query resolutions
- Taking & making phone calls for Cash On Delivery (COD) payments
- Investigating and contacting customers in the resolution of undeliverable packages
- Driver check-in
- Processing address corrections where necessary
- Meet set targets on a daily basis
- Responsible for any additional tasks given
- Warehouse package handling required – various weights and sizes
- General admin duties using various UPS systems
- Adhoc tasks
Key Skills / Experience:
- Excellent communication skills face to face/over the telephone/email
- Flexible, friendly attitude required
- Able to work in a fast pace, time specific and targeted environment
- Work well in a team
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Self motivated and well organized
- Polite, professional confident manner
- Customer service skills
- Office or Warehouse environment
- Some experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage
