We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to be the creative force behind our upcoming collections. You will be involved in exciting projects, working closely with our Product, Marketing, and Logistics teams to design products that stand out in a competitive market. From ceramics to brassware, furniture, accessories, and decorative bathroom touches – you’ll contribute to it all!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the creation of innovative bathroom and home products based on customer insights and market trends.
- Present new collection ideas, blending existing favorites with your original designs to create harmonious and appealing product lines.
- Design individual components, explore new colors and finishes to enhance existing lines, and develop new product concepts.
- Research current design trends from hotels and restaurants and adapt these ideas for the home market.
- Define target audiences and design profiles to ensure products meet customer needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the in-house design process, from material research to product sampling stages.
- Present your designs to the team, incorporating feedback and aligning with commercial goals.
- Qualifications in a creative or design-related field.
- Experience designing homeware or decorative items for the home.
- Understanding of the product development journey from concept to customer.
- Proficiency with CAD and illustration software.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence to pitch ideas.
- Good eye for interior product design or spatial aesthetics.
- Excellent listening and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
