The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a spark for sales and a desire to learn and grow within a supportive team. You'll be a natural communicator who's not just comfortable, but thrives on the phone, turning conversations into new business opportunities.
This role offers a perfect 50/50 split between proactively winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships, so you'll need a proactive mindset and a proven ability to manage your workload effectively, gained from previous office-based roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with new prospects through targeted outbound calls and strategic cold calling.
- Identify and research new business opportunities online to expand the client base.
- Present offerings effectively via email, sharing brochures, flyers, and promotions.
- Diligently follow up on leads and conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential clients.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales progress.
- Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to innovate and execute winning sales strategies.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an office-based customer service role.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- A natural ability to negotiate and calmly resolve any customer queries or concerns.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
