THE ROLE
Working as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team you will be supporting the events department to deliver key administrative tasks at all stages of event delivery. Duties will include:
- Delegate management
- Managing general enquiries
- Liaising with speakers and sponsors
- Providing onsite support
- Working closely with marketing to produce and distribute marketing materials
- Maintaining and updating the company CRM
- Office admin duties
- Attending events and tradeshows
