Our Maintenance Technicians handle basic mechanical maintenance, janitorial duties, and grounds care to ensure a safe and sanitary environment and high living standards. Responsibilities include:
- Fulfilling work orders
- Preparing vacant apartments for re-rental
- Cleaning common areas
- Seasonal grounds maintenance
- Surface preparation
- Painting
- Organizing utility/mechanical rooms
The ideal candidate will have broad maintenance knowledge and a background in property management. Physical demands include frequently lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Logistical details include:
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- 40 hours per week
- 15 days Paid Time Off
- $22/hour
