We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Property and Place department as a Support Officer – Property Place.

Your role:

You will be required to provide support to the Support and Works Control Team Lead in the form of data administration to the Council's Property and Place Service area, who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Council's non-housing property estate. You will provide support in the form of general office and data administration as well as provide support with projects relating to the introduction of new systems, to better organise the department's property data, make the team's processes more efficient and enable the production of higher quality management information. You will have excellent customer service skills, excellent organisational skills, the ability to build strong working relationships and to work under pressure.

What you will need:

You will have previous experience in a similar role and excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work co-operatively with colleagues at all levels with confidence, diplomacy, and tact.
