As an experienced Social Worker within the Children's Assessment Service, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for the children and young people of East Riding. You will be instrumental in creating an environment that supports and enables relational practice, bringing creative and innovative ways of working. You will complete holistic assessments and collaborate with partner agencies and family networks, ensuring children and young people are at the heart of practice.
