WRK digital are supporting an organisation to identify 2 highly experienced Information Security SME’s. These are contract roles to start ASAP until December with time required in Worcester / flexible.
The objective of the role is to support the client in the creation of both a plan and delivery method for achieving business continuity in the event of a cyber incident. The Security consultants will need a strong technical background (Network, Data, Endpoint Access, Terminals, and Devices) alongside a strong Business Continuity design understanding.
The positions will be working as part of a small team to examine the statement scoping, working with the business to identify critical systems and processes, and shaping a plan for the implementation of the programme.
The Security SME’s will need to have experience of working in a complex, and multifaceted business where stakeholder management / engagement has been crucial to success. They should understand the conflicting priorities within a business and work in a pragmatic way to find solutions.
The work will cover four key areas:
- Risk based Cyber score cards
- Technical recovery planning
- Technology response
- Business continuity and the associated policies
These will form key parts of the enterprise programme.
