Sandwell Children's Trust has a fixed term contract for a part-time Service Support Officer to cover maternity leave until February 2026 to provide Business Admin Support throughout the Quality Assurance Service. We are looking to appoint an experienced minute taker/administrator to provide comprehensive admin support to practitioners and managers.
The successful applicant will need to be proficient in minute taking, flexible, enjoy a challenge, work to tight deadlines and work as part of a team. If this is you, we look forward to receiving your application.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Will hold NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a business admin role.
- Have experience in minute taking of complex meetings.
- You need to be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Have good communication and telephone skills.
- Have good organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload.
- You must also be able to work independently and work well as part of a team.
