About the Role
Blue Arrow is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at their busy site in Hillington. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and valid forklift licenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the warehouse team in daily operations
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance and Reach - valid licenses required)
- Oversee pick/pack processes and ensure accuracy
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanners (training provided)
- Conduct stock takes and cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Report directly to the Warehouse Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licenses
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
- Computer literate; WMS experience preferred
- Own transport is advantageous due to location
