An environmental company with complex logistical operations is looking to develop a scenario planning tool, to be able to integrate operations and identify growth opportunities. They need to build a tool which can understand specific scenarios, spanning operations, finance, strategy and sales, to measure the impact of decisions and room for growth. They know they have access to a vast quantity of operational data, and they want the ability to better utilise it. Responsibilities Map out existing logistics flows, production processes, depot utilisation, and vehicle fleet deployment at each site. Identify key factors influencing the business, and m odel and analyse various \βwhat-if\β scenarios across network optimisation, commercial strategy, process efficiency, cost optimisation and break-even analysis. Construct a dynamic scenario planning tool, q uantifying the potential impact of each scenario on a financial, operational and environmental level. Identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvements. Help understand and deliver site-based P&L documents. Profile Minimum 10 years\β experience within a technical consultancy e.g. Kearney or Newton Europe Strong financial modelling and analysis experience Strong business acumen to provide recommendations as a sense check to current operations Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Details Location: Hybrid, with travel around Greater London Start date: ASAP Duration: 10 weeks, potential to extend Day rate: Β£600 β Β£800 per day, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
