Base pay range

$32.00/hr – $36.00/hr

Top 5 Skills/Experience:

3+ years experience in HVAC / Refrigeration
Preference is HVAC / Refrigeration Certification (desired certification)
WFI Experience
Boiler
Boiler License (client would assist in getting the required license)
Some electrical knowledge and general facility / maintenance experience
Waste Water License will also be helpful

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring boiler pressure and purified water system to ensure proper operation levels, water pressure, and purity are maintained
Performing preventive maintenance of all equipment (air handlers, air compressors, HVAC, WFI system, cold rooms, production equipment)
Ongoing repairs of lab equipment in support of production needs
Providing on-call 24/7 emergency response for critical equipment failures
General facility maintenance such as painting, carpentry, meeting room setup, and furniture/equipment relocation

Required to maintain HVAC/refrigeration certification issued from Commonwealth of Massachusetts, boiler, and wastewater licenses.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED minimum
Associate\’s degree preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

Frequently lift/move objects weighing 25-60 pounds; occasionally over 60 pounds
Work in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold)
Work in various facility areas including electrical/mechanical rooms, around production equipment, and on the roof
Noise levels vary; personal protective equipment required
