Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel MERCURE LE MANS BATIGNOLLES un Réceptionniste Tournant F/H, en CDI à 35H à pourvoir rapidement.

  • Vous assurez un accueil personnalisĂ© et chaleureux, le bien-ĂŞtre des clients est toujours votre prioritĂ©.
  • Vous faites le lien avec les diffĂ©rents dĂ©partements de l’hĂ´tel selon les demandes clients, vous ĂŞtes un “facilitateur” reconnu au sein de l’établissement.
  • Vous avez Ă  cĹ“ur d’amĂ©liorer continuellement la qualitĂ© des services de l’hĂ´tel, vos idĂ©es sont les bienvenues !
  • Vous ĂŞtes garant de la fidĂ©lisation du client, ils reviendront sĂ»rement un peu pour vous.
  • Vous serez formĂ© au suivi financier des recettes, et Ă  la sĂ©curitĂ© des biens et des personnes.
  • Lors du travail de nuit (remplacement exceptionnel) vous ĂŞtes responsable des activitĂ©s de l’établissement en l’absence de votre hiĂ©rarchie : clĂ´ture hĂ´telière, encaissement, et anticipation des besoins du lendemain.
