We’re excited to be working with a fantastic new client – a thriving tech start-up with a cloud-based SaaS product that’s already making waves in its industry. Now, they are ready for the next phase of growth and are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a part-time basis (3 days/week).
The Opportunity

The Role
You’ll lead both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and brand awareness. Key responsibilities include:
- Running email and social media campaigns
- Creating and managing engaging LinkedIn content
- Organising webinars and developing strategic partnerships
- Writing blog posts and case studies to drive SEO
- Managing light PPC campaigns (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Refining brand messaging to ensure consistency across all channels
- Tracking marketing performance and reporting on key metrics
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll likely have:
- 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or services)
- A proven track record in campaign management, content creation, and lead generation
- Solid SEO and social media marketing skills
- The confidence to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or Figma (not essential)
Other Requirements
- Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
- Must be willing to complete an advanced DBS check
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK – unfortunately, sponsorship is not available
What’s on Offer?
- Part-time role: 3 days/week (22.5 hours)
- 2 office days per week (flexible working hours)
- 26 days annual leave (pro rata)
- £35,000–£45,000 pro rata, depending on experience
