As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be essential in creating a positive atmosphere. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you’ll do so with kindness and professionalism.
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although we will provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive attitude, energy, and the ability to communicate effectively—listening as well as instructing—are crucial. You must also be considerate and kind when interacting with residents and colleagues.
