The Role

This one’s been mixed, stretched, and proved to perfection. We’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic Pizzaiolos to fire up our ovens and create Neapolitan magic. You’ll be at the heart of the action, working with the finest dough and ingredients to craft every pizza with care.

What We’re Looking For

• Real love for proper Neapolitan pizza – whether you’re experienced or eager to learn
• Utter confidence, working with our pizza ovens and in our hot, fast-paced kitchens
• Dough knowledge – you know your bulk from your balling
• You\’re someone who lives for quality, consistency, and teamwork
