Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Photographer and EPC Assessor. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Horsforth. The salary is up to £30,000 for this role depending on experience. Please be advised that if you do not currently meet the necessary requirements for EPCs, we will arrange for you to complete the relevant course.
Key responsibilities:
- Attending photo appointments and taking high quality/professional level photos including elevated pole shots
- Editing photos with blue skies, lighting, touch-ups as needed utilising Luminar and Lightroom and uploading to Reapit
- Staging photography as and when required utilising Lightroom/Photoshop
- Property Tour filming utilising Premier Pro as and when required
- Carrying out EPCs as booked in your diary, visiting the property and then submitting the reports and uploading
- Answering any queries from clients
- Independent diary management and appointment and admin timings
- Accompanied viewings and office work as and when necessary
We are looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio
- Ability to edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or equivalent)
- Understanding of photographic techniques, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work to a creative brief and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team
