We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep at Reeb Millwork to join our VALUES-based organization.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, process orders, and answer questions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, monitoring orders to ensure expeditious, complete, and correct delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints by researching order history and addressing issues related to products or services.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer problems.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products, including up-selling and add-on selling.

Starting Pay: $19-$23/hr based on experience.
