About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic community Assistant Practitioner to join our motivated team of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and Assistant Practitioners. Join us in supporting our Living Well agenda to promote independence, resilience, and wellbeing among our community members.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience with complex cases and knowledge of the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005), and Safeguarding.

  • Supportive of developing a thorough knowledge of Norfolk County Council processes.
  • Strong communication, record-keeping, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with vulnerable people.
