Salary: From £14.76 per hour, increasing to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional location-based payments may apply.

Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). Flexible scheduling within specified availability windows, with 3 weeks\’ notice for shifts.

Role overview: As a Shift Leader, you will oversee store operations, support colleagues, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include managing duty shifts, supporting store performance, and leading by example.

Availability:

• Monday: 06:30 – 13:30
• Wednesday: 14:15 – 22:15
• Friday: 06:30 – 13:30
• Saturday: 14:15 – 22:15

Key responsibilities:

• Manage duty shifts and team coordination
• Support store cleanliness, stock levels, and safety protocols
• Assist in store performance and customer satisfaction
• Lead and motivate colleagues, providing coaching and feedback

Minimum requirements:

• Must be 18 or over
• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and make decisions
• Provide excellent customer service and foster an inclusive team environment
