Loom Talent are exclusively supporting an exciting business with the appointment of a Supply Chain & Logistics Planner in Weybridge. In this dynamic role you will help manage purchasing, inventory, and inbound logistics across the global supply chain. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability and supporting sales targets.
What you will do:
- Raise and manage POs in the ERP system
- Liaise with suppliers and freight partners in the UK, EU & Far East
- Monitor stock levels, mitigate shortages & track deliveries
- Coordinate with 3PL warehouses and ensure smooth inbound operations
- Generate reports, support forecasting, and help improve supply chain processes
What we are looking for:
- 3-5+ years in a supply chain or logistics role
- ERP & Excel proficiency; confident managing data and reports
- Excellent communication, attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Experience with global logistics and supplier negotiation
