Nous recherchons pour notre Mercure Hôtel à Loudenvielle un(e) Réceptionniste de jour H/F, en CDD, à partir de Juin 2025.
Vos futures missions :
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients lors du check-in et leur donner envie de revenir lors du check-out.
- Servir de relais pour les équipes, transmettre les informations entre shifts et avec tous les autres services.
- Gérer les bavardages téléphoniques avec les clients pour une réservation, une demande d’info ou une recommandation.
- En cas de forte occupation ou d'activité importante, être prêt(e) à aider les collègues.
Nous utilisons un logiciel hĂ´telier : FOLS, ainsi que des outils informatiques tels que : Excel, Word, Canva, etc.
En rejoignant notre équipe en tant que Réceptionniste de jour H/F, vous intégrerez une équipe de 45 Heartists.
Vos avantages :
