The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

This role is mobile and can either cover Lowestoft/Gt Yarmouth area and surrounding areas, depending on the successful candidate's location. Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle, tools, and uniform will be provided.

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm)

As a Plumber, you’ll carry out a variety of plumbing and related repairs and maintenance tasks on Flagship properties. Your daily duties will include:

  • Installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Assembling and installing component parts and fittings
  • Cleaning damp and mould
  • Carrying out void clearances and flood repairs
  • Identifying and arranging the removal of asbestos when needed

We’re looking for someone with a Full Trade Apprenticeship or NVQ level 2 in a relevant trade, or proven trade experience in plumbing. You should have good mechanical skills, including repairing or replacing parts and identifying root causes of plumbing issues. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with competence in Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Teams. A full driving licence and willingness to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota, including Public Holidays, when required.
