What You’ll Do
- Field customer concerns and queries.
- Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues.
- Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception.
- Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems.
- Work a shift from 8 am to 5 pm.
