About The Role

New Ridley is a 9-bed residential care home in Northumberland supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex care needs to live full and active lives. The individuals we support at New Ridley love all things music and are often singing on the karaoke machine or dancing away to new and old music! They love BBQs in summer and they often visit other services to meet with friends and enjoy food together! They love celebrating birthdays and are a very sociable bunch. They love trips to Museums and going on walks together to enjoy the sights and sounds! They often take trips to Whitley Bay to enjoy lunch and of course ice cream!

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You’ll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
