This exciting role will see you work in an inspiringpart of the world, motivating a team of passionate people while supporting andoccasionally stepping in for the General Manager.

About You:

  • Taking the helm when the General Manager is away, youmotivate team members to deliver their best and ensure everything is runningsmoothly and efficiently.
  • Creating a warm welcome to guests comes naturally toyou, making every first impression count to ensure experiences delight from theget-go.
  • Keeping a watchful eye over customer feedback meansyour team is always adapting to maintain high standards and improve wherenecessary.
  • You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently highlevel of service, supporting the full team including Front and Back of Houseduring peak times.
  • You oversee the consistent production of a qualityfood offering and recognise the importance of the Kitchen Team.
  • Having a wealth of experience in a similar role meansyou are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support whereneeded.
  • A keen eye for detail means you keep all admin andcash management systems ticking along as they should, taking responsibilitywhen the General Manager is away.
  • You know health and safety regulations like the backof your hand.
  • Team members see you as an inspiring role model andknow they can depend on you for support and development.
  • You take pride and responsibility for your owndevelopment, with an eye towards becoming a General Manager one day.
