C&C Search is currently recruiting a Receptionist / Office Coordinator for an international firm with a lovely, busy and international team in the heart of Londonβs West End. This is an exciting and diverse Front of House / Admin Support opportunity to join a global, forward-thinking company with a collaborative culture and exciting plans ahead!

- Position: Receptionist β sole front-of-house support for a 60-person office plus lots of admin / team support to get stuck into!
- Salary: Β£40,000 β Β£45,000
- Hybrid set up: On site 5 days

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist position:
- Own the front of house and meeting rooms, providing first class reception service.
- Proactive management of meeting rooms.
- Handle calls, switchboard, mail, courier bookings, and visitor passes.
- Support London EAs with administrative tasks such as printing, expenses, and binding - lots of scope to grow your admin / PA skills.
- Coordinate with Office Manager on suppliers, H&S calendars, and cleanliness standards.
- Liaise with external building reception and internal departments.
- Assist in company event planning and serve on the Social Committee.
