C&C Search is currently recruiting a Receptionist / Office Coordinator for an international firm with a lovely, busy and international team in the heart of London’s West End. This is an exciting and diverse Front of House / Admin Support opportunity to join a global, forward-thinking company with a collaborative culture and exciting plans ahead!

All about the role and company:

  • Position: Receptionist – sole front-of-house support for a 60-person office plus lots of admin / team support to get stuck into!
  • Salary: Β£40,000 – Β£45,000
  • Hybrid set up: On site 5 days
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension and healthcare, competitive compensation package, supportive and global team, social events.

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist position:

  • Own the front of house and meeting rooms, providing first class reception service.
  • Proactive management of meeting rooms.
  • Handle calls, switchboard, mail, courier bookings, and visitor passes.
  • Support London EAs with administrative tasks such as printing, expenses, and binding - lots of scope to grow your admin / PA skills.
  • Coordinate with Office Manager on suppliers, H&S calendars, and cleanliness standards.
  • Liaise with external building reception and internal departments.
  • Assist in company event planning and serve on the Social Committee.
