E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading Energy supplier who is looking for a high-performing direct sales professional with deep knowledge of the UK I&C energy market. This role is all about new business — identifying, pitching, and closing deals with large energy users (25GWh+), both electricity and gas. You'll lead complex tenders, structure competitive solutions, and build lasting client relationships from the ground up.

  • Direct sales experience in the I&C energy space (TPI broker or supplier side)
  • Strong commercial drive and hunter mentality
  • Track record in fixed/flex energy contract sales
  • Skilled in managing tenders and complex negotiations
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated

Location: London office (1-2 times per week)

Salary: up to £85,000 plus commission
