Contribute to the effective delivery of the Housing and Communities Service to promote, deliver, and integrate the Council's key objectives, including the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value, while completing a Housing SCQF Level 6 qualification.
Requirements:
- The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
- Successful applicants will need to become a PVG Scheme member or have an existing membership, with a scheme record update, before a formal offer can be made.
- PVG records are updated regularly, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed prior to employment.
The Individual:
- You must be a resident of East Ayrshire, aged 16-24, or up to 29 if care experienced or disabled.
- The pay rate is £10.00/hour for ages 16-20, £12.21 for 21-24, and £12.60 for 25+.
