Compensation and Responsibilities

We aim to pay fairly, based on experience, qualifications, and business needs. The pay range may be updated as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

Achieving sales targets
Organizing store merchandise and back stock
Providing excellent customer service
Upselling when appropriate
Representing the Clarks brand
Following loss prevention policies
Assisting in store maintenance and merchandising
Contributing to a positive work environment
Completing assigned tasks
Physical requirements: standing for long periods, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs
