We are seeking to recruit 2 part time experienced receptionists for our busy Colne Office. The hours of work will be 9am–1pm and 1pm-5pm Monday to Friday. You will be expected to cover full time for annual leave and sickness, often at short notice, and you may also be required at times to provide cover at our Burnley Office.

Duties to include:

  • Dealing with clients in a pleasant and professional manner both face to face and over the telephone
  • Taking down and emailing messages
  • Archiving and retrieval of archived material
  • Dealing with cash, cheque and card payments over the counter and telephone
  • Photocopying and general admin duties
