The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Our client is a well-established family-run business based on the Wirral, they have been operating for a number of years and continue to lead the market. We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused individual to join this very busy team. This individual will need to be completely comfortable with sales tasks along with dealing with high-end technical projects.
Role responsibilities
- Customer interaction: You will be required to interact with clients in four key capacities:
- Inbound showroom enquiries: it will be your responsibility to engage with a potential client, understand their requirements, and show them the most appropriate product.
- Home appointments: going to people's properties to measure windows for quoting purposes, and find out their requirements.
- Telephone: You will be required to take inbound customer enquiries and effectively enter them into our client database. You will also be required to act as general telephone support for all inbound telephone calls.
- Email: To interact with inbound enquiries throughout the quotation process.
Personal Specification:
- Experience in the window industry predominantly working with aluminium, aluminium wood clad, or steel glazing systems.
- Experience working with architects' drawings.
- CAD experience.
- Sales experience.
- Creating quotations.
- Interacting with sales database.
