We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales of our domestic product range through wholesalers, distributors, and building/plumbing merchant channels. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, increasing brand presence, and achieving regional sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by developing relationships with key stakeholders in wholesale and distribution networks.
  • Promote the full range of Stuart Turner domestic products, providing product knowledge, training, and support to trade partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to execute regional growth strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform future sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and account developments.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally within the building, plumbing, or HVAC sector.
  • Strong understanding of trade distribution channels, particularly wholesalers and merchants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage a territory effectively.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
