About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Maintenance Engineer looking to kickstart their career in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Working on a double days shift rotation, you’ll gain experience supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance engineers with planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and work toward long-term solutions.
  • Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Adhere to all health & safety policies and safe working practices.
