About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Maintenance Engineer looking to kickstart their career in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Working on a double days shift rotation, you’ll gain experience supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities * Support maintenance engineers with planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. * Assist in identifying root causes of equipment failures and work toward long-term solutions. * Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. * Adhere to all health & safety policies and safe working practices. Requirements * Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering tasks. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Enthusiasm to learn in a high-volume, high-pressure manufacturing environment. * Flexibility to work double day shifts (rotating early and late patterns).
