A forward-thinking education provider is seeking an exceptional individual to join its senior leadership team as Assistant Principal. This is a full-time leadership role with a competitive salary of £67,084 – £74,810 per annum, based on experience and responsibility scope.

About the Role:

The Assistant Principal will take strategic responsibility for developing and driving curriculum innovation, quality, and delivery across multiple departments. Working closely with Heads of Curriculum and the senior leadership team, this role will shape the direction of learning provision and ensure an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the design and development of curriculum products aligned with organisational strategy
  • Ensuring consistency and excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Supporting curriculum leaders in meeting performance targets and quality standards
  • Acting as a key link between curriculum and quality teams
  • Managing performance, compliance, and budgets within designated areas
  • Contributing to cross-college initiatives and strategic projects
  • Representing the organisation internally and externally with stakeholders and partners
