We are working with a long-established and respected Midlands-based business that is seeking to expand its sales team with the addition of a Field-Based Sales Consultant. With over 20 years of successful operation and a strong client base of more than 10,000 active accounts, this is a business that offers stability, career growth, and a supportive working environment.
This role is ideal for a confident, people-oriented individual who enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, developing meaningful business relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. While previous experience in sales is desirable, it is not essential—full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for both new business development and maintaining relationships with existing clients across the Midlands. This is a field-based, customer-facing role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and a strong sense of personal integrity.
Your duties will include:
- Visiting businesses to introduce and promote the company’s services
