Position Overview: My client are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple interior fit-out projects, including hospitality offices, director suites, and stadia works.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
