SHE Advisor - South East

The Role: Working in our Safety, Health, Environment, Risk & Compliance Team, the Safety Health & Environment (SHE) Advisor will advise and support the delivery of a Group wide progressive SHE management programme. The focus for this role will suit a candidate who has a passion for, and experience in, developing safe systems of work, procedures, audits and investigation reports. This post may also suit a Liability Adjuster with safety experience. **Please note, we are flexible on the successful candidate\’s location. The ideal candidate would be located anywhere between Peterborough – Milton Keynes – Colchester. Successful applicants should demonstrate the following: Experience of working within a Health & Safety Advisor role or as a Liability Adjuster with safety experience NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent In-depth knowledge and understanding of safety, occupational health and environmental legislation Effective communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Audit, monitoring, investigation and report writing skills Working knowledge of ISO accreditation standards Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritises effectively Full UK Driving LicenceGAP Hire Solutions has 10 divisions offering the hire of equipment throughout the UK.
