As this forward-thinking main contractor continues to grow, a brand-new opportunity has opened for an experienced Social Value Manager (Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability Manager) to join the business and help shape the future of responsible construction delivery across major London projects.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and embedding Social Value initiatives across major live construction projects
- Developing and delivering project-specific strategies aligned with client, community, and corporate goals
- Driving innovation around ESG reporting and Scope 1, 2, & 3 emissions
- Collaborating across teams to ensure compliance with evolving legislation, frameworks, and best practices
- Monitoring outcomes, preparing clear reporting data, and using software tools to support ESG and SV tracking
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering Social Value and sustainability strategies in the construction sector
- A deep understanding of relevant policy, procurement models, and social value measurement tools
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with ESG reporting software and carbon reporting (particularly Scope 1–3)
- Hands-on, proactive approach, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Please note that this role will require regular travel between project sites, client locations, and the head office, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
