With our Client we are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Senior. Our Client is a leading Facilities and Design Management Group who work with Clients across a range of Sectors and Industries. They can work with small Design Projects to complex Multi Million Pound Projects across the UK. The role of the Sales Ledger Senior is a complex one as our Client works to Invoice Clients and Projects on a staged basis.
THE ROLE OF THE SALES LEDGER SENIOR;
- Will be based within the Finance Team and will report directly to the Finance Director - you will however have a reporting line to the Commercial Project Manager.
- Prepare Sales Ledger Invoices in line with completed Project Stages - allocation of correct descriptions of works completed etc.
- Be able to break down Bills and Invoices for Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate Project Billing and Invoice Records using Excel.
- Prepare Final Bill on date of completion of Project.
- Extensive Query Management and Resolution - Internally and Externally from your Clients.
- Allocation of Payments - to the correct Billing Stage.
- Reconciliation of Payments for Month End.
- Credit Control of Billings.
- Assist with preparation of Management Accounts for Month End.
Our Client has the ambition that this could develop into a role that will cover Finance and Commercial Project Management.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE SALES LEDGER SENIOR;
- Annual Salary of c £28,000 - £32,000 - the salary reflects depth of experience across Billings and Part Payments.
