A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's leading fit-out contractors, who are delivering a high-profile £15 million CAT A office fit out in Central London. We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join the team for an initial 3-month day shift contract, with strong potential for ongoing work for the right individual.
Project Details:- Location: Central London
- Type: CAT A Fit Out
- Scope: 2 Floors of Premium Office Space
- Duration: 3 Months (with opportunity to extend)
- Shift: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Pay: Excellent CIS Rates
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across 2 floors of CAT A works
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure programme and quality targets are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
- Work closely with the Project Manager and client representatives
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, site procedures, and company standards
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering office fit-out projects, ideally CAT A
- Strong knowledge of fit-out sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black Card / White professional essential)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Available to start immediately
- Work with a highly respected fit-out contractor on a flagship project
