EUROPEANBIZ HEALTHCARE is seeking a Band 5 Prison Nurse for an immediate locum opportunity at HMP Stoke Heath. This is a full-time role with an ASAP start, running for an initial 3 months with the possibility for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to inmates in a secure environment
- Deliver assessments, care planning, medication administration, and health promotion
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and safety
- Maintain accurate records in line with prison healthcare requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Prison Clearance (Essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- NMC Registered Nurse (Band 5)
- Previous experience in a prison or secure environment is highly desirable
- Strong communication, resilience, and team-working skills
