Working across a fast-growing education portfolio, you’ll be the go-to person for clients - helping shape their digital transformation journey with smart, scalable ICT solutions. This isn’t just account management; it’s about making real impact, building trust, and guiding change.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and grow client relationships in the education sector - from secondary schools to multi-academy trusts.
- Build tailored account plans that align school needs with innovative ICT services.
- Collaborate closely with sales, tech, and delivery teams to bring solutions to life.
- Support contract renewals and ensure our services continue to evolve with clients.
- Act as a key voice for your schools, making sure their feedback and goals shape how we work.
- Stay plugged in to the latest edtech trends and turn insights into action.
- Keep projects on track and issues in check - always aiming for that 'right first time' outcome.
- Keep stakeholders updated with performance data, milestones, and next steps.
- At least 3 years’ experience in account management, ideally in education or tech.
- A solid understanding of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment in schools.
- Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
- A consultative, customer-first approach that puts relationships before transactions.
- Confidence to engage with decision-makers and guide them through transformation projects.
- A knack for working with cross-functional teams to get things done.
