We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, team oriented PA to join a very successful, growing tech company in a Remote Team EA role as part of continued growth. The company has exciting plans for expansion and lots of opportunities for career development. They are looking for a bright individual who can progress within the business over time. This is a remote role with travel approximately once a month to London.

The focus of the role is to support a client facing team including 4 Directors with administrative duties and assist their Sales efforts by confirming client meetings. Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management for 4 Directors
  • Book client meetings including across time zones
  • Book client dinners/lunches including researching venues
  • Follow up with clients who have not responded to meeting requests
  • Build relationships with client's PAs/EAs and leverage where possible to confirm meetings and get introductions to other key contacts
  • Client research and updating client details in CRM
  • Set tasks in CRM and update progress so Sales team can easily see actions taken
  • Travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodation
  • Organise company social events
  • Support HR and Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and outstanding communication and relationship building skills. Previous experience in a Sales Support or Team Assistant role would be ideal and a background in Financial Services would be advantageous.
