We are seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team for an exciting new-build residential project on behalf of our prestigious client. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented engineer to gain hands-on experience in a high-profile development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
- Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure technical compliance and efficient delivery.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with subcontractors and consultants.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor site progress, carry out inspections, and report on quality and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or co-ops in construction/mechanical building services desirable).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and mechanical design software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
