Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunities – Liverpool

Are you passionate about shaping young minds in their most formative years? Desian Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Liverpool who are seeking committed and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception classes from September 2025. About the Role: * Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning. * Helping pupils develop core skills in communication, literacy, numeracy, and personal development. * Assisting with activities, classroom organisation, and pupil well-being. * Building strong relationships with young learners and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment. We’re Looking For: * Experience working in an Early Years setting (EYFS), ideally within a school environment. * A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children. * A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development. * Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable.
