First People Solutions is working with a leading consulting engineer who is seeking a talented Structural Technician / Revit Technician to join their structures team. If you have a passion for building structures and possess experience using design software, this is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career with a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise AutoCAD / Revit software to create accurate and detailed 3D models, focusing on reinforced concrete, timber and steel.
  • Collaborate closely with structural engineers and design team to integrate design information and ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of design standards and best practices within the structures team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry advancements and emerging technologies.

What we need from you:

  • HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience within a design engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit is desirable.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
