Jark Cambridge have partnered up with a well-known reputable Electrical firm who are searching for Electrical Supervisors to join the business on a permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Electrical firm with a rich history working on large Commercial & Industrial projects including schools, hotels, medical centres, warehouses, leisure centres, offices and gymnasiums.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who will be responsible for the performance and delivery of high quality installations, as well as develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of other operatives and apprentices, with the continued support from the head of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing commercial and industrial projects up to £1.2 million, but predominately from £380k-£600K.
  • Installing, maintaining, modifying and testing all electrical systems.
  • Upskill and mentor electrical trainees, electricians and apprentices.
  • Directing and navigating the site team, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Attendance of project related meetings.
  • Work closely with project managers and head of projects to ensure the projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  • Management of project materials, equipment and deliveries.
  • Oversee delivery of installations to the standards required by the technical specification and drawings provided.
