The Role:
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations across multiple teams - service, project and administration
- Drive team performance to meet operational and financial targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor branch profitability and implement improvement initiatives
- Support and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
Experience Required:
- Proven management experience
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, standards and regulations
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions aligned with business goals
