The Role:
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations across multiple teams - service, project and administration.
- Drive team performance to meet operational and financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor branch profitability and implement improvement initiatives.
- Support and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Experience Required:
- Proven management experience.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, standards and regulations.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions aligned with business goals.
