Location: Mildenhall

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary: Circa £28,000pa

Duration: 6 month FTC

Benefits: 26 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, health cash plan and death in service cover – 3x annual salary

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team to provide support and assist customers and clients in a professional and timely manner. The right candidate will have sales administration and excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Manage shared sales inboxes, responding to enquiries and incoming orders promptly
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, providing support or directing queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Accurately process customer orders and input them onto the system
  • Schedule and allocate production jobs, updating the production plan as needed.
  • Create and manage job tickets for the manufacturing process, ensuring accurate tracking and logging throughout each stage.
  • Coordinate with the wider team to monitor the progress of deliveries

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP systems is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
